Clinical development
Advancing CIT-013 through clinical development
Citryll has identified multiple antibodies targeting ETosis. Our lead target, CIT-013, is currently under clinical development and has started Phase 2a studies in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) in 2025.
Phase 1 - First in human studies
Single ascending dose in healthy volunteers
LPS challenge in healthy volunteers
Subcutaneous single dosing in healthy volunteers
Repeat dosing In Rheumatoid Arthritis patient volunteers
Phase 2a
Phase 2a
in Rheumatoid Arthritis
Phase 2a
in Hidradenitis Suppurativa
Future development opportunities
After successful Phase 2a studies of our ET targeting approach in RA and HS, there are opportunities to expand the clinical development into other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases in which ETs play a pathogenic role.
Clinical trial opportunities for patients
Citryll is conducting clinical trials for CIT-013, an investigational therapy developed to address Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). This clinical research seeks to understand CIT-013’s potential effectiveness, safety, and impact on patient quality of life. We expect two clinical trials to start by mid 2025.
